Este es el último proyecto en el que aún estoy trabajando, abordo todos los temas antes tratados. El hielo como elemento repetitivo en mis piezas escultóricas, como elemento de interrupción del tiempo. El título hace referencia al nombre que en 2005 se eligió para una serie de Icebergs y las coordenadas en las que fue encontrada y recogida la piedra que compone esta pieza. La serie de esculturas y dibujos seguirá siendo nombrada de la misma manera, simulando la catalogación de la investigación científica. Quiero hacer referencia a la deriva de los mismos Iceberg, a la dureza y fragilidad de su materia, a su flotabilidad con esa forma de ocupar el espacio en el que se encuentran. Me interesa la figura de los exploradores del siglo XVIII, XIX del ártico y el antártico. Un cuaderno de bitácora personal desde donde trabajo estos dos años. Un proceso mnemónico.

This is my current project, where I embrace all the topics considered before. Ice as a repetitive pattern in my sculptoric works, as a time stopping element. Title refers to the name given to Icebergs in 2005 and the geographical coordinates where the stone that composes the work was found and taken. The series of sculptures and drawings will be given the same name , as a simulation of the scientific investigation cataloguing process. I want to make reference to the drift of the same Icebergs, the toughness and fragility of its material, to the space the occupy floating. I am interested in the figure of the 18th and 19th century Arctic and Antartic poles explorers. A logbook that I have been working on for the past two years. A mnemonic process.
